Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip (DDH): When the Hip socket doesn't fully cover the ball of the hip joint. Femoroacetabular Impingement (FAI): Slight variation or imperfection in the shape of the hip joint causing pain and damaging the joint. Avascular Necrosis (AVN): Bone death due to lack of blood supply to the Femoral head (Ball of the Hip). Perthes Disease/Slipped Capital Femoral Epiphysis (SCFE): These are Childhood conditions leading to adult Hip problems at young age.
